ArtEcoDesign art director Rosemary Hanna, MA is a talented Vancouver BC professional artist, consulting designer and educator. Her expertise - integrated arts workshops for Metro Vancouver BC children and adults. Rosemary’s vibrant west coast watercolours and artist print designs are collected in Canada and internationally. Her endeavors include working creatively with BC coastal communities; watercolour paintings and graphic designs; invitational juried solo arts exhibits for United Nations Oceans Days, Canada Place; University of British Columbia; Vancouver Ports Events, Vancouver; Fine arts, Architectural rendering; and Design-leadership of diverse creative arts workshops for both public and private venues.
- Combining her artistic skills, ecological knowledge and passion for lifelong learning, Rosemary loves leading creative workshops focused on students’ interests and abilities – merging visual media and music for exciting artist-in-residence and creative arts workshop themes.
Rosemary’s graduate scholarship Master of Arts Simon Fraser University (S.F.U.) complemented by extensive fine arts, architecture, design and professional education development studies as alumna of Emily Carr University of Art + Design; University of Manitoba; SFU (B.A.); Thompson Rivers University Open Learning and Capilano University. Her childhood passion for creating watercolor, acrylic, collage, photographic and sculptural media was developed in university and artist studios. Rosemary’s expressive style continues to evolve in unique directions!
